Once you’ve booked your package, you can choose a self pick-up time that works best for you within a 30-minute window. Time slots are based on our availability, and we’ll send you both email and text reminders so you don’t forget. When it’s time to schedule your pick-up, we’ll give you a friendly prompt—so you can relax while we keep things organized.

Self Pick up Times
We offer flexible self pick-up times to make starting your move simple and convenient. Our team operates Sunday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with 30-minute pick-up windows available based on location and demand. Choose a time that works best for your schedule, and we’ll make sure your totes are ready and waiting for you.
We understand that every move is different, so we’re happy to accommodate special timing requests whenever possible. If you need an earlier or later pick-up time, just let us know—we’ll do our best to make the process easy and stress-free from start to finish.
