We’ll notify you when it’s time to book your delivery window—no need to worry, we’ll handle the details. You may also receive a quick text when we’re on our way, so you’ll know exactly when to expect us.

Your order will arrive right at your doorstep—or inside your garage, if you prefer. There’s no need to drive to a store or wrestle with cardboard boxes—your totes come clean, sturdy, and pre-assembled. You can start packing the moment we deliver.

How Delivery Works
Within X days of your rental, you’ll be able to request your delivery time. First, visit THIS PAGE to pay your damage deposit pre-authorization — once completed, you’ll be redirected to book your delivery.
On the booking page, you’ll see all available delivery time slots. Simply choose the one that works best for you!
If you don’t see a time that fits your schedule, just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We will send both email and text reminders along with a simple button to reschedule if the time no longer works.

Our delivery fees are based on location, ensuring fair and transparent pricing for every customer.
All deliveries include drop-off and pickup of your totes at the time that works best for you.
If you’re located outside our listed areas, reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate your delivery for a small additional fee.

Delivery Times
We offer flexible delivery times to make your move as convenient as possible. Our team operates Sunday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with one-hour delivery windows available based on location and demand. Whether you’re moving across town or just down the street, we’ll work with your schedule to make sure your totes arrive right when you need them.
We know that every move is different, so we do our best to accommodate special timing requests whenever possible. If you need an early drop-off or a later pickup, just let us know—we’re happy to help make your move smooth and stress-free.
