When you’re all settled in, we’ll swing by your new place to pick up the totes! Just choose a one-hour pickup window that works best for you, and we’ll handle the rest. Pickup times depend on our availability, and we’ll send you a quick email and text reminder so you know when we’re on the way.

Pick up Times
We offer flexible pickup times to make returning your totes simple and stress-free. Our team operates Sunday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with one-hour pickup windows available depending on location and demand. Whether you’ve finished unpacking early or need a bit more time, we’ll coordinate with your schedule to collect your totes right when it works best for you.
We understand that every move is different, so we’re happy to accommodate special timing requests whenever possible. If you need an early pickup or prefer a later time slot, just let us know—we’ll do our best to make the process easy from start to finish.
